Paper Submission Details

Camera Ready Copy (CRC) Preparation / Formatting Guidelines:

1. The CRC of every "accepted" paper will be subjected to the "similarity check" using IEEE CrossCheck and Prohibited Authors List (PAL). The CRC that fails these checks would be rejected.
2. Since the "Accepted and presented papers" of 2020 IEEE DISCOVER will be eligible to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Conference Record #50404), the manuscript must strictly adhere to the standard IEEE two column format and must not be more than 6 pages.

Before you create the PDF:

1. Please include the Copyright Notice to the bottom of the first page of your PDF.

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-9885-9/20/$31.00 ©2020 Crown
• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-9885-9/20/$31.00 ©2020 European Union
• For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-9885-9/20/$31.00 ©2020 IEEE

2. Proofread your PDF thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

CRC Submission Procedure:

1. Log into the IEEE PDF eXpress site here: http://www.pdf-express.org
2. If you are a new user - select the "New Users - Click Here" link.
3. Conference Id is: 50404X
4. Verify whether your PDF formatting is accepted, and if so, go ahead and submit it.
5. Upload the verified PDF (digitally signed by PDF eXpress in the Properties section) to EasyChair (i.e., update the PDF in your easychair submission).
